Unlike Toyota, Honda, or even Tesla (which has showrooms), BYD Canada operates primarily through Experience Centres — company-owned boutique locations where you can:

If You're Outside a BYD City: Remote Purchase & Delivery

BYD Canada allows remote purchases from anywhere in Canada. You can order at byd.com/ca without visiting a Centre.

How it works: 1. Configure your vehicle online (model, trim, colour, options) 2. Place a $1,000 CAD refundable deposit 3. BYD confirms order and sends a contract via e-signature (DocuSign) 4. Vehicle is delivered to your home or nearest Centre pickup point

Delivery charges: $0 within 100 km of a Centre. $500 flat fee for anywhere else in Canada, regardless of distance (BYD subsidizes transport).
