We are not affiliated with any automaker. Our editorial coverage is independent of any commercial influence.
Our Editorial Team
China-EV.ca is produced by a single editorial team under one institutional byline: "Équipe éditoriale China-EV." We do not publish individual author biographies; the credibility of our content rests on our sources, our verification process, and our corrections policy — not on résumés.

Daily coverage of Chinese EV developments in Canada: launches, regulatory decisions, tariffs, and industry moves. Every news item is sourced from official announcements, government publications, or established media reports.
Vehicle Data & Specifications
Our vehicle pages are built on an internal specifications database maintained against manufacturer documentation. Prices are estimates clearly identified as such until official Canadian pricing exists — no Chinese EV covered on this site is on sale in Canada yet.
Incentives & Regulation
Rebate eligibility (federal EVAP, provincial programs) and tariff rules are verified against the official program texts and Canada Gazette publications before being cited anywhere on the site.

Editorial Process
Every article published on China-EV.ca follows a rigorous editorial process:

- Data verification: pricing, incentive eligibility, and vehicle specifications are checked against our internal reference databases — themselves maintained from official program texts and manufacturer documentation.
- Publication gates: automated checks (word count, link validity, pricing consistency, language parity) must pass before any article goes live.
- Updates: articles are regularly updated when new information becomes available, with change dates clearly marked.
Corrections Policy
We are committed to promptly correcting any factual errors. If you identify an inaccuracy in our content:
- Minor corrections (typos, dates) are made immediately without notice.
- Significant corrections (pricing, specifications, material facts) are accompanied by a visible correction note at the top of the article.
- Article retractions are rare and reserved for cases where an entire article is inaccurate. A retraction notice will be published.
